Habitat

Shady, dry, oak-juniper slopes on limestone, riparian zone with Juglans major, Ulmus crassifolia and Quercus buckleyi.

Herb, rooted in standing water, the stems inflated below water surface; flowers white. Phenology of specimen: Flower and Fruit.
