Arapahoe National Forest, near Chicago Creek, ~ 8 mi SW of
Idaho Springs. 39°40.90 Nr 105°36.83 W. Alt. ~ 2829 m.

Occasional, in understory of woods. Ray flowers yellow, disk
flowers darker yellow. Stems maroonish near base. Silica gel
dried leaves preserved at the DNA Bank, Missouri Botanical
Garden.
