    At now dry creek bed. Chaco forest with Capparis tweediana, C. speciosa, C. salicifolia, C. retusa, Cnidoscolus, Diplokeleba floribunda, Anadenanthera. Mostly grazed.

  • Description

    Shrub 4 m tall, but gets to be one of the larger trees here, to at least 25 cm in diameter and 15 m tall; sap milky. Leaves whitened below, softly pubescent, but the bristly hairs stinging! Fruit green, held erect.
