grandifolia, Picea, between arms of tidal inlets, south side
of Cobscook Bay. 44°49.89’N, 67°02.52’W.

8 dm. tall; lower stems of some plants with long-petiolate,
large, cordate leaves. Rays very pale violet; disc yellow,
then light purplish.
