    On gentle northwest-sloping pediment slope. With Atriplex, Ephedra, Grayia and Yucca. In rocky volcanic soil.

  • Description

    Plants annual, to 30 cm tall; petals yellow, to 6 mm long; staminal filaments thread-like throughout; fruits with three rows of seeds distally; seeds rhomboidal, sharply angled, none of the angles grooved; seed surfaces papillate. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
