Open scrub on white sand with damp areas and extensive sedge meadow. Partly burnt over.

Description
Bushy shrub with spindly stems below, to ca. 2 m. Leaves grey-green, paler beneath. Calyx and bracteoles pale green. Corolla white sometimes tinged pale pink. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
