Peru: Department Cajamarca. Cascas. Upper levels of the town. Said to be more
abundant at higher elevations toward Contumaya. Drier habitats. Population size ca. 25
plants more or less continuous throughout the quebrada. In several places intertwined
with L. hirsutum. Semi-erect plants, moderately hairy, number of branches per plant is
less than in all other plants seen, fruit mostly small with green line. Took specimens from
8 plants and seed from 4. No pollinators seen.
