With water worn horizontally-bedded sandstone at soil surface. With damp sand, sedge marsh, exposed rock & waterfall. Open scrub to closed low woodland in the dried areas.

Description
Herb to ca. 25 cm. Leaves mid-green. Involucral bracts pale green with pale brown margin. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
