Description
Straggly weak shrub 1 m tall; branches short and twiggy. Lvs. reduced, appearing chlorotic, dull medium green to light yellow-green above, costa paler; lvs. beneath pale glaucous to yellowish green with distinct lines, areolae more yellowish. Lvs. thin membranaceous; ramenta absent. Fls. creamy yellow. No fruits. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Trujillo Coca planted in experimental plot by Ing. Rodolfo Collantes in 1967. Almost all Trujillo plants dead or dying.
