Lower elevations of the east face of the Sierra Madre
Occidental, rugged mountain road off of the road to
Aserradero La Flor (Hwy. 115), 40 km S of the
intersection of MX Hwy. 40 and MX Hwy. 45 in the City
of Durango. Rocky, steep forested slopes above seasonal
stream with Quercus spp, Juniperus sp., Arbutus spp.,
Ceanothus sp., and Muhlenbergia spp. Elev. 2474 m.
