BAMBOOS UNITED STATES Arundinaria amabilis McClure Georgia: Savannah, Barbour Lathrop Plant Introduction Garden (USDA). Cultivated; PI 110509, introduced from Kwangsi Province, China in 1927. Culms up to 40 ft. and exceeding 2.5 cm in diam., cylindrical, straight and hav- ing non-prominent nodes.
