Sandy area with hot springs. Subtropical semi-deciduous forest with Acrocomia totai, Scheelea princeps, Anadenanthera, disturbed and with some planted trees around springs.

Description
Slender young tree, 6 m. tall, 5 cm. diam. Flowers yellow, lightly fragrant. Fruit yellow-green, held horizontally on erect inflorescences. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
