    Culms erect, nodding a little at the apex, mostly about 1 cm in diameter, to 1.5 m tall. Culm leaves deciduous. Branching extravaginal; two sizes of subsidiary. All vegetative. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.

In clumps in secondary vegetation near the peak, on rocky outcrops, not very frequent.
Culms erect, nodding a little at the apex, mostly about 1 cm in diameter, to 1.5 m tall.
Culm leaves deciduous. Branching extravaginal; two sizes of subsidiary buds. All
vegetative.
