Paspalum bifidum (Bertol.) Nash
Leon County: open annually burned mixed pine-
hardwood stand, locally frequent. Tall Timbers
Research Station, by forest road more or less
paralleling Co. rd 12 and to the S of the
latter. Some associates: Cassia facicularis,
Eupatorium hyssopifolium, Liatris gramini-
folia, Elephantopus elatus, Callicarpa
americana, Rhus copallina, Agaratina aromatica,
Helianthus angustifolia.
