between the upper reaches of Moody Canyon and Arrastre
Canyon. T4N R13W, between NE/4 SE/4 NE/4 sect 36,
and ctr NE/4 NE/4 sect 26; elevation 4000-6060 feet
Ridgetop and adjacent slopes largely dominated by
chaparral elements with scattered patches of arborescent
Quercus chrysolepis at the upper end.
Densely tufted perennial, locally scattered on
ridgetop.
