Habitat
Low sclerophylous community. In small glen. Brocchinia, Rapateaceae, Eriocaulaceae, Xyridaceae. Bonnetia and Clusia thickets in depressions. Organic soils on sandstone.

Description
Treelet. Treelet, 4 m; twigs, leaf veins pink below; calyx yellowish green, corolla white; fruit pinkish green. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
