Description
Tree, 10 m. Overlapping leaf bases sequestering organic matter and harboring ants (and other insects). Petals white, reflexed; stamens glandular, lavender, the anthers somewhat paler; style glandular, white, deflexed below stamens, the stigma capitate. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
