Evergreen forest at the base of mountains; along cano amonglarge boulders.

Description
Dominant tree, 25-30 m. tall; 60-70 cm. diameter; fruit glaucous green; sap wood white, heart wood dark brown, very hard; leaves coriaceous. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
