Veracruz: Plan de Sedeño, next to Rio Sedeño, by paved
road from Plan de Sedeño to Masatepec. 1800 m. 97® 00'
10"W, 19° 34'N.
Top of ravine near waterfall, area disturbed but the
bamboo persisting, mostly scrambling over the ground.
Plants mostly to 1 m tall on ground, but culms actually
travelling for several meters, to 0.5 cm diameter.
Rhizomes leptomorph. Branching infravaginal. Foliage
leaves abaxially glaucous.
