Habitat
On grassland with scattered shrubs and occasional woodland overlying white sand and crystalline quartz.

Description
Much branched shrub to 3.5m. Stems bare below with prickles to over 1cm long. Leaves mid-green, viscid, soft. Calyx green tinged-reddish. Corolla white with faint blue tinge. Anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
