Habitat
Bald zone on top of Cerro León, open vegetation dominated by grasses & other forbs to 1 m tall. A few seatlered trees (Tabebuia, Cordia) present reaching 4-5 m tall. Soil sandy-rocky with a fair.

Common forb to 1 m tall. Petals yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
