Description
Pileus 6-8 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, subtomentose to matted, dark brown with an olive tint over disc, hint of dull red toward margin, pale olive brown at margin, with a very slight sterile margin in parts. Flesh pale yellow with some pale rhubarb red tints, cyanescent. Tubes barely adnexed, yellow, cyanescent, with pale red pores, cyanescent. Stipe 4 x 2 cm, equal, dry, finely subpruinose over subrugulose surface, yellow with some areas tinged with pink, yellow below, white at base, with interior pale yellow to yellow, not cyanescent.
