Description
Gasterocarps tough, pink at first, developing some dull pale greenish after extraction, finely silky fibrillose near base, matted above, arising from a basal attachment. Gleba olive green, gelatinous, apparently with some empty locules, translucent sterile columella arising from base into gleba. Peridium white when cut, slowly pink when exposed subtended by a translucent gelatinous zone; this zone continuous around gleba. See also REH9754.
