Description
Aecia are long-cycled form. Telia are dark - these are the short-cycled form originally Puccinia ligustici E. & E. I and III mixed. Inside packet have several spore measurements for aecia and telia. Aecia on Umbell. probably P. bistortae. This is heteroecious. telia therefore are the short cycled P. ligustici since on same host. Phenology of specimen: Aecia, Telia.
