United States of America. Florida. Franklin Co. very abundant, apparently almost pure stand. In a strip across pine flatwoods that was cleared some years ago, cultivated for a time, used as a dove-shoting area, Apalachicola National Forest, by Fla. Rt. 65, 1.2 miles S of Sumatra.
