    Dominant loally in the open along the road, more scatetred with Saxifraga pensylvanica in the woods, a small patch see ca. 1 km NE. Wet grassy and sedgy roadsides and seepy openings along stream in mixed woods. Frequent, dominant locally.

    Flwoers bright yellow with pale purple spotting. Found by D. Henson. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.
