Liberty County: Apalachicola National Forest, by Fla. Rd. 379, 15*6 miles S of its junction with Co. Road 12; generally NW of Sumatra. Pinus palustris pineland, controlled-burned 30 April 1990, with entirely herbaceous groundflora, this spectacular just now. Some associates: Sporobolus, Liatris, Serenoa repens, Bigelowia, Helianthus, etc.
