Habitat
Growing in disturbed oak-pine forest with a well developed shrub stratum. Abundant.

Description
Shrubs 1-3 m. tall, ray and dick corollas pale yellow, phyllaries bright green, suborbicular, somewhat bullate. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
