Dominican Republic: Provincia de Sam and, along the southern coast of Samana Bay, approximately 2 km southwest of the migrant fishing village known as Naranjo Arriba, in Los Haitises National Park. ca. 19*4^, 69*40’W. Elevation 40 - 80 m. Karst topography.
Voucher for PhD dissertation. Plant germinated from soil samples collected in abandoned agricultural plots.
