Along the border of the forest along the trail on Mt. Scenery.
More or less moist soil, full sun.
Erect herb, 20 cm high. Leaves in a roset, somewhat shiny, light green, lower side similar. Stem terete, grooved, green. Bracts similar to the leaves; bracteoles green; flowers white; filaments whitish; anthers whitish changing to brown.
