Description
130' tree 14" diam. basally swollen with black smooth bark- fls. yell. in spike-like panicles below the leaves - buds, pedicels and calyx green-bronze, tomentose - petals yell., concove - stamens various, 3 long and curved, 2 smallest aborted, 2+2+1 erect and diminishing in size away from calyx and filam becoming thicker - ovary curved green, tomentose. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
