Thallus corticolous, crustose, UV+ orange; apothecia pale; margins byssoid; discs pale to brownish; epihymenium colorless/tan; hymenium colorless; hypothecium hyaline; exciple colorless; ascospores 2-4 celled, ellipsoid, colorless, 8- per ascus, 10-12 x 2.5-4^im.
