Pastured upland forest with Acer platanoides, Alliaria petiolata, Celtis occidentalis, Geum canadense,
Juglans nigra, Quercus macrocarpa, Q rubra, Ribes missouriensis, Solidago canadensis, Toxicodendron radicans, Vitis riparia. Common tree about 40 - 50 feet tall; foliage immature; catkins pendulous, mature.
