Securidaca diversifolia (L.) S.F.Blake

Ames assistant in Cambridge, that they have abandoned the generic name Elsota and have taken up the name Securidaca. I suppose they are following the most recent pronouncements of the International Rules which, I understand, is also the ruling of Dr. Merrill. How is this?
