MARTIN COUNTY: Growing with myrtle and twin live oak, some saw palmetto and sand pine on a small ridge on Vista Plantation development site. Portions of this site underwent a severe wildfire in 1982. T37S, R41E, S29. Plants varied somewhat in how consistently they exhibited the curved branching characteristic of this species.
