Tree 10m tall, diameter 15cm. Occasional, growing at the edge of a shrubby young woodland on loamy organic soil, with Acer campestre, Anthriscus sylvestris, Beilis perennis, Brassica rapa, Bromus arvensis, Cirsium arvense, Dactylis glomerata, Lamium album, Populus alba, P. nigra, Ranunculus acris, Symphytum officinale, Taraxacum officinale, and Urtica dioica. To the west side of a canal near the east side of the A4 motorway, and by a rest area and a hotel, about 2.5km NE of Exit 4 for Nieuw-Vennekep, around A4 km mark 15, and about 25km SW of Amsterdam city center. Holland Province. 52° 16*N, 4° 42' E.
