LOCALITY: Provincia de Matanzas: ca. 3 km from ‘Caleta Buena’ to “Bermeja“ HABITAT: Semi-deciduous, esclerophytic to mesic forest.
DESCRIPTION: Tree, 15 m tall, with scanty milky sap; fruit ellipsoid, orange-yellow; seed brown-black.
