head of Water Canyon, 3.5km NNW of Sonoma Peak, SW%
of Sec. 20, T35N, R39E.
Habitat: Scattered on gravelly soils derived from Valmy
formation chert on exposed ridges in Artemisia arbuscula-
Leucopoa Kingii-Festuca idahoensis.
Comments: Salmon-yellow flowers; foliage yellow-green.
