Habitat
Stream with smooth, calcareous bedrock and small boulders just above waterfall, pH=7.7, conductivity=178uS. Picea engelmannii, Pseudotsuga menziesii montane forest; with abundant Fissidens grandifrons, Cratoneuron filicinum, and Cratoneuron commutatum.
