"Pine Ridge" habitat, generally sandy soil with some gravel; nearly flat with some low areas that hold water, mostly savanna with scattered Carribean pine, palmeto clumps, or calabash trees; also occasional dense thickets with oak and other trees and shrubs; some disturbed sites such as graded areas and roadsides.
