Description
Tree about 60' high with spreading near the river. Male fls. greenish with dull pink indumentum, stamens pale green. Hermaphrodite fls. bright pink at base of corolla, stamen filamemts pure white. Fr. (16/1/41) pods flat, blunt, wavy-edged, shiny green, flushed dull red between septa, eventually becoming red brown all over. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
