Seasonally flooded, mixed forest. Paloue a major component. Common along sip[u and Essequibo.

Description
Tree 4 m. tall with spreading crown. Inf axilaary. Fruits aggregated in a cluster at end of peduncle. Legume brown, breaking into one-seeded segments; 9 x 1.2 m. Fruiting specimen only. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
