East aspect; slope ca. 2%. Open area surrounded by Abies lasiocarpa, Populus tremuloides, Symphoricapos oreophilus and Artemisia tridentata var. vaseyana, Lupinus sp?, Poa secunda, Pediocactus simpsonii. Deep rocky dry soil derived of granite.
