Arid plain, entirely in cultivated fields of maize, cereal grains, Vicia faba and interspersed with fallow fields heavily grazed by cattle and sheep.
Small annual herbs, erect to low, viscid, with unpleasant odor. Flowers nodding, light yellow with 5 green spots within; anthers and filaments purple.
