SELVA BAJA CADUCIFOLIA. Fencerows and remnants of dry forest and riparian vegetation along S side of Rio Los Pescados [=Rfo Chico, the upper part of Rio de La Antigua], downstream from the suspension bridge at the sulfur spring baths.
"tomatillo'' Fruit said to be small but eaten. Weed, common in soil of young irrigated Carica papaya plantation. Corolla light yellow with dark purple spots; anthers yellow with green connective, in a small cone.
