FLORIDA. Broward Co., growing in disturbed site in remnant Sand Pine Scrub on north side of Executive Airport, Fort Lauderdale.
Small herbs with long buried rhizomes. Flowers pendulous, yellow, with slight darkening at the base of the tube within. Anthers yellow, shorter than stigma when young.
