South Lido Key, South Lido Key County Park, south of parking area and canoe trailhead,. 27° 18.4'N: 82° 34.071'W (coordinates from hand-held GPS; accurate to within a radius of about 50 m) Sand dunes formerly with overstory of Juniperus virginiana and Sabal palmetto, these replaced by Schinus and Casuarina; understory shrubs consisting of natives (Coccoloba, Randia and Eugenia) and exotics. Herb, rhizomamtous; corolla yellow, flowers pendent. Growing on shell bed exposed to full sun. Collected by: Daniel E. Atha & Bruce Holst & Ulyana Munoz-Acuna 2488 05 April 2002
