Description
Pileus 5-13 mm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry, subtomentose and entire then areolate, olive brown (4E-F6,5) overall with some dull yellow showing through near margin. Flesh 2 mm thick, deep yellow to chrome yellow, with mild odor and taste. Hymenophore tubulose, adnate; tubes pinkish gray (8D3), unchanging, 3-4 mm long; pore concolorous, staining light brown. Stipe 1-2 cm long, 1-3 mm broad, equal and then tapering to a point, dry, subpruinose to sublanose to subscabrous, yellow to orange to chrome yellow/orange; scabers not pink; interior solid, concolorous, unchanging.
