leaves fleshy, flowers lavender; fruits
bright red berries (none collected);
numerous small lepidopteran larvae on
some branches; about 15 m from high tide
line; growing on sandy soil with numerous
unidentified grasses and legumes; s.e. end
of island; Seahorse Key,
