flowers and buds. Calyx (in fruit) with
purple lines following mid-rib of each

lobe. Fruits to U mm diameter, calyx to
3 mm diameter. Flowers cream with green
spots variable in darkness at throat.
Leaves occurring in pairs at nodes with
lateral branch occasionally present.
The peduncles reminiscent of J. laxa in
Oaxaca-Cerro San Felipe being longer by
several times from the pedicels.
